At G Collection, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please review our Return & Exchange Policy carefully before placing your order.
Exchange Policy
G Collection does not offer any returns or refunds. However, we do offer exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The exchange request is made within 7 days of order delivery.
- The product is damaged, defective, or not as described at the time of delivery.
- The product received is different from the original order.
- The package is missing items such as price tags, labels, or original packaging.
In such cases, your claim must be submitted within 7 days of the order date. To raise a claim:

- Or call us at 0310 7414743 within 7 days of delivery
Our team will inspect the returned item. If the dispute is valid, a replacement product of equal value will be shipped to your address.
Important Exchange Guidelines
- The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges in exchange cases.
- Discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Unstitched items that have been stitched will not be accepted for exchange.
- Wedding Wear and Couture dresses are non-exchangeable and non-returnable under all circumstances.
- M. Luxe Fabric items cannot be exchanged or returned once purchased.
Order Cancellation
- G Collection does not offer a refund or money-back guarantee on any purchase.
- Customers using Credit Card or PayPal can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it.
- Instead of a refund, you will receive a store credit coupon of the same value, valid for 60 days.
- G Collection reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Out-of-stock products
- Quality control issues
- Technical errors
- Payment declines

We make every effort to display product images and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, some variations may occur due to:

- Printing quality in catalogs or cards
- Extra styling or embellishments used in shoots
